Welcome to Pathway Youth!

We’re a family of leaders, teens, and parents who love doing life together, growing in faith, and navigating these years side by side! Join us Wednesdays from 7-9 PM at 3948 Wallace Point Road for a night of fun, friends, and meaningful conversations. With engaging messages, small groups, and leaders who care, Pathway Youth is a place to belong, grow, and thrive.

Quest
Grades 6-8

Junior high can be a confusing, exciting, and sometimes overwhelming season of life. Quest is designed to help students sort it all out in a fun and welcoming environment. Through games, engaging speakers, small groups, and opportunities to worship and serve, students explore their relationship with Jesus and how it shapes their daily lives. Consistent leaders walk alongside them—laughing, leading, and creating a space where they truly belong.

Drive
Grades 9-12

The teen years can be tough, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Drive is a space where senior high students can connect, be heard, and gain valuable life insights through messages and small group discussions. With caring leaders who pay attention to what’s going on in their lives, Drive helps students wrestle with real questions and challenges while building a strong community.

Join Us Wednesday Nights

Each week students gather for games, community, and meaningful faith conversations in a welcoming environment. We follow a simple monthly rhythm so every student experiences a balance of fun, friendship, worship, and deeper conversations. Here’s what each week of the month looks like:

1st Wednesday – Quest & Drive

Real conversations that matter. Jr. High and Sr. High split into stage-of-life discussions where students ask tough questions, wrestle with big ideas, and discover how God’s Word speaks to everyday life.

2nd Wednesday – Gather

High-energy nights for fun and connection—games, activities, and lots of laughter as we build friendships and welcome new students. A perfect night to invite a friend and experience community together.

3rd Wednesday – Small Groups

Deeper relationships in smaller circles where students are known, supported, and encouraged. A safe space to share, ask questions, and grow in faith alongside trusted leaders and peers.

4th Wednesday – Worship

Extended worship, focused teaching, and space to reflect help students connect with God in a deeper way—strengthening faith and offering practical ways to live it out during the week.

Pathway Youth Leaders

Each week, a dedicated team of leaders invests in Quest and Drive small groups, building lasting relationships through connection, laughter, and growth. Many leaders walk with students for years, becoming trusted mentors and friends. Together, we’re committed to reaching teens, guiding them in faith, and helping them become devoted followers of Jesus.

Naomi Blais
Youth Director

We’re excited to announce that Naomi Blais will be stepping into the role of Interim Youth Director for the 2025–2026 school year. Naomi brings both a heart for youth ministry and a passion for investing in the next generation. We are grateful for her willingness to walk alongside our students during this season, offering both steady leadership and fresh perspective.

If you’re a parent of a Grade 6-12, we’d love to connect with you. We’re here to partner with you as a parent through these years by providing your teen with a consistent invested small group leader and a fun place to connect with group of peers running in the direction of hope and love found in Jesus and following Him. Reach out to Naomi via email at naomi@pathwaylife.com to find out more.
